Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can send us an email with your requests and we will do our best to meet your needs. Unfortunately due to the nature of resin, no 2 products can turn out the same.
Customised orders can take up to 14 working days but please email us at: info@giftagift.co.za and we will update you on progress or dispatch date.
You may cancel an order if the production hasn’t already begun and if you advise within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing info@giftagift.co.za and we will advise if possible to cancel. You may not cancel the order if the production commenced already due to the personalised nature of our products that cannot be resold.
You may only modify an order if production hasn’t commenced. Please email us to check the status and we will advise if possible to make changes at that stage.
A tracking number will be provided on every parcel, however if not received within 3 days, please contact us to check with our courier company. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business working days. Areas considered out of the main city delivery areas must allow for up to 5-7 working days.
